Goat Nutrition
Basic goat nutrition is important, and adequate roughage is a vital factor in this equation. Weeds, grass, and hay can usually provide the necessary roughage requirement. If your goat is producing a lot milk though, you should add a concentrated feed to the goat's daily consumption.
Many feeds on the market today include ingredients such as grains, legumes, wheat kernels, soybean mash, linseed meal, and wheat bran.
